more like 2-12 ... that would be a 1/6 ratio ... and not bad idea for this type of plugin.

Intresting plugin..

I don't think I would have a use for it but if you want too keep noobs ff might prove fesiable..

Also, the idea of a controlable cvar is a good idea because you can change the ratio..

my 2 cents but nice work on your first plugin.. keep it up!

IMO plugins should not be approved if they are badly coded or broken, not because you don't like it. I wouldn't run 99% of the plugins in this forum on my server, but it doesn't mean they aren't legitimate plugins.

Anyone remember bds' zkillz? Those servers were tough.

how were they tough CheesyPeteza? Think i used to play on your clans NS public a fair bit. And yeah, am currently figuring out all the stuff to do with cvars so that the ratio numbers can be controlled in-game.

On zkillz servers your skill was calculated and recorded. You could check it on a web page. The server kicked you if there was only one slot left and someone with a higher skill than you joined.

It had a pretty crappy implementation which is why I don't think it is used anymore AFAIK. You had to sign up on a web page, then find a special server, then get on the server and type some command. But with Bailopans socket module it could be done without the player having to do anything. (when he releases it )

oh yeah peteza, e-frag have/had a few servers like that, diff skill levels and you could only connect to the higher ones once you had worked your skill level up on the lower ones. Decent idea, and they implemented it very nicely.
