Two choices, use Stripper:Source to remove the maps console commands, or use something like BSPSource/Entspy to open the map and alter/delete the cvar being changed in the pointservercommand that the map executes.

Any reason as to why I can set the time limit in game and it works, but with the cfg files cannot have the game start on 300+ time limit?

Even when the map chnages, resets to 3 minutes.

There is nothing in the config files. Its all set to 300
