There is allready an plugin to resett the own score:

but i need an cmd for the admins like "del_score STEAM-ID" to reset the score of e.g. an cheater who has 500-1 stats.
I know its possible to edit it with WinCSX.exe, but its an bad way to stop and start the server because of this
