I think the game only detects the steamid, not distributes it to an account

Yes. Family Sharing Management by YamiKaitou. I use this plugin but I have a slightly customized version that fixes and issue when a whole bunch of people join all at the same time (e.g. on map change). Normally, it will hit a limit in the plugin if the server is full when changing maps and prevents some people from getting checked. It's still not perfect but it's better.

Note that it requires a "Steam Web API Key" to be written in your amxx.cfg file. This API key is linked to your Steam account so you shouldn't use your API key unless you trust that someone won't take it and abuse it (i.e. getting your API key suspended/banned).

i saw this plugin the problem is that everything there has been deleted or simply timed out, none of the links work any solution?
