[ANY] Fix game_ui entity

This is a very simple plugin that fixes the game_ui entity bug. The bug is caused when a player dies or disconnects while controlling a game_ui entity. This is an annoying bug because it won't allow the attached player to spectate properly and other players won't be able to use that game_ui entity.

I'm still having a problem when a player disconnects without deactivating the game_ui first. It just crashes the server. I don't know if this can be fixed but I'm pretty sure I loaded the plugin correctly.
