Sorry if I'm missing something obvious here, I'm new to this.

I'm running CS 1.5, AMX X, and CSDM 2.0

My problem is that when I create the game on my LAN I cant play on it myself.

I dont think there is a problem with the plugin because when I join the server on my other computer on my LAN it works fine.

I made sure that the dedicated server option box wasnt checked when i created the server, so i dont think that's the problem.

Is there any way for me to play on my own server with AMX X?

what error du u get, im assuming u just need to add your internal ip to your favorites and connect to that. your internal IP is most likely 192.168.1.2 or something lke that. btw if your on a lan make sure you forwarded your ports (that wouldnt help this problem but it seems you just started this server)

I dont get any error message. I can join the server normally and I can select a team (but not a player model), but then I just go to into something like spectating mode. I see my name under spectating when I press tab and it says that I'm dead but I cant get out from that mode, pressing m to change teams doesnt work. All I see is the time left in the round and it switches between various views from different places of the map, it just switches after a little while at each view, I cant control it myself. Typing respawn in the console doesnt help either.

I checked the console when it was loading and it said some file failed to load modules "engine" required for playing check modules.ini and tracker error trackerui.dll invalid not loading.

What does all this mean and what can i do about it?

Go here \HLServer\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs\modu les.ini open that and
; ----------------------------------------------------
engine_amxx_i386.so
engine_amxx.dll
engine_amxx_amd64.so take out ; for it to turn on

Sorry if I don't know something or I'm missing something here, but did you say you're using cs 1.5? Does that actually work with amxx?
