How do I edit skins and install them?

You probably some special graphics editting software to edit them. If you want to download some cool ones, theres always csbanana. I don't know how to install them though.

Texture -> Export -> edit the texture -> import the texture -> Save.

Does anyone know why PhotoshopCs2 like when I go to put a text on it turns all red and what can I do to fix it?

Open the texture in Photoshop, copy the layer to a new file and edit it to your likings. Then merge al layers, copy it to the texture you first opened and save.
