Setting server to appear with correct slots.

We previously had the server showing up as 16 slots as we have, but I forgot how I did it.

The last patch toasted our server and we had to do a full reinstall.
I have updated all the plugins we had before and don't think I missed any.

But server only shows as 4 slots.

Other issue I had was sql admins couldn't connect to database, but the database.cfg is the same as it was before. I saved it on my PC and copied it over after reinstall. But not worried about that.

I just haven't figured out what I have missed to make slot appear correctly.

Nevermind.

I got it.

Seems my filezilla was uploading all the files.
Once all the files were uploaded and server restarted, all is ok.
