One more bug I found.
I test this plugin alone.

When smoker pull someone, his tongue never breaks even target is dead or be kicked or be shoved.
and smoker can't move.

it looks like something wrong with these code.
because I delete them, no bug happens.

The bug mentioned by fbef0102 post #12 is still there. If the tongue is shot or survivor pushes you to save a teammate. Your smoker gets bugged in one position, unable to move

It doesn't happen anymore on my server.

Perhaps you can post "sm version", "sm plugins list", "sm exts list", "status"
provide server information and help developer to fix quickly.
