Hello, these days I'm trying to equip tf2 bones in models that I find on the internet. I position all the bones correctly, and add automatic weight painting, but the result is always this!

If any modeler can help me I appreciate it!

Some tips:
Never move bones using edit mode, always try and rotate bones into position using pose mode. Then save the position by going into pose > apply > apply as rest pose. If you move bones using edit mode, it will cause problems.
Don't rely too much on automatic weights for weight painting. 9 times out of 10 it doesn't give a good result. Try manually weight painting body parts individually. You can decompile other models to see which weight goes to what body part.
Frequently compile to see your work when weight painting. It'll let you know if you're on track or not.

Is the shirt part of the same object as the base model? if not it will need weight painting just like the base model
