I want ask you question did this plugin working ?
It's not like admin chat , it's like admin tag ... !!
If you want to change hud message from this button @ to this button ~ it's easy but i can to it in default plugin or if you want admin tag color with hud messege try OciXCrom's Admin Chat plugin and i will change the buttons

You know admin chat plugin or your ocixcrom admin chat plugin in that plugin you have added hud message and hook say and hook say team and tsay and psay and more things but in his have only hook say and hook say team that working like when admins talking in chat or admin chat or hud chat or in anywhere all talks are showing in hud messege
