Description:
Display a connection message in chat with colors that can be changed in *.sma.

Notes:
Message colors can be:
- ^x01 - Yellow (Normal chat color)
- ^x03 - Team Color (Red=T, Blue=CT, Grey=Spec)
- ^x04 - Green

I know there are some plugins of this type but not exactly that simple.
