There is no known solution at the moment but there is a workaround. That is to monitor a few of a client's cvars and see if they would change to the point where it would give them an advantage because some of the "cheat" add-ons, especially ones that messes with textures, require changing said cvars to properly work.

Yes, that's one of the plugins. I'm pretty sure there's another one in the Plugins sections somewhere but an extended version of it.

that texture manager block was coded back in 2014??? I am still able to this day join confogl servers with modified materials believe me that I would also like to see this type of hack stopped but basically my video was put up as a proof of concept to show that if I can do it so can anyone else which is honestly why I refuse to even play confogl servers because of just how simple it is to cheat/hack join with modded game files and get away with it
