Yes, this functionality is from one of those plugins.

Yup. U should turn that off or remove dum dum ammo from that plugin

That would mess with scoped weapons. Don't see why you would want something other than the current. Would require adding more translations etc. If you're set on that, edit the plugin and the hints as required, it's not something I'll release publicly.

did you ever find a potential fix for this? as in the normal t1/t2 weapons definitely lose the ability to switch to an upgraded clip when normal ammo as finished up. can't really suggest any ideas and personally i've only ever gotten in that situation a few times over dozens of playthroughs. refilling your ammo gives back the access to use the upgraded clip anyway. if anything just a heads up, i guess.
