HLSW Administration problem

Does anyone know why if using HLSW in offline mode that one day it works fine to Get Log from a server and the next you get the error:

Can't Detect your Internet ip address

I've tried getting logs from all my servers and not one is working and this started yesterday morning.
It is not a home network issue either as I went DMZ on a laptop and downloaded it -ran it and same error on a fresh install and not behind a router. I've tried registering - which I'm not getting a confirmation email same goes with forums they have so I can ask there - no confirmation email or anything so I can do anything to ask. I've used their contact us form...same thing, no reply.

Anyone have any suggestions here?

Also just in case - is there a simple alternative that works the same way to view chat logs in real time, using SM to do kicks/bans/chat etc etc?

HLSW service seems busted as of yesterday, don't think you can do much more than wait for it to work again.

I don't get it... its being used in OFFLINE mode. I don't see why in the world it has to be accessing anything to do with their service at that point. But, yeah guess you are right, I'll have to wait it out and see what happens.

Because it needs to get your external IP address.

I am in Offline mode right now and can get log without any errors.

Aww apparently this is it but I never set it to default to "online" which is what it shows at the bottom.

I'm looking for a way to go back offline or bring the optional popup back without reinstalling

Use the "Get logs (LAN)" option. The internet one isn't working at the moment.

I mean I've not changed a thing with this program or computer - just sudden out of the blue started doing this and I've always used Offline so no clue why it says I'm online when I'm not.

Whats even more strange is I'm getting logs from 1 server out of several when I didn't do anything.
