This happened again today, every plugin and every admin has been deactivated. Then the map changed automatically at the end of the round to a random map (cs_italy). After that, we got back our admins again, but this happened when we type !admins

Question, did you copy all your SourceMod files from LINUX server and paste in Windows server ?

Because, I keep thinkin all the time, you have "corrupted" files from LINUX.


You could do one trick, re-install MM:S and SM. This only replace MM:S and SM base files.

1. Move ...addons/metamod.vdf file out from addons folder and reboot server.
Your server should be now running without MM:S and SM (check meta version, sm version)
* If you try update files while running server with addons, all server files not get overwritten.

2. Get both zip packs MM:S and SM (Windows):
https://www.sourcemm.net/downloads.php?branch=stable
https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable

Extract both zip files in your desktop, not in your server.
Delete cfg folder what came from zip pack.
Delete ...addons/sourcemod/configs folder what came from zip pack.
* Deleting these you not lose your SM settings.

3. Move 'new' addons folder in your server, overwritten all files.
Reboot server.
Check your addons are running, meta version, sm version.

For rest of plugin files... you could try install again.. translation files, gamedata files, cfg files

Remove sourcemod plugin nextmap.smx to disabled folder, if you use CSGO own in-game vote system. And reboot server.

I only have UMC Nextmap in my sourcemod folder.

No, i've downloaded windows metamod and sourcemod, i've installed them first, then i put my plugins and extensions. I've made this multiple times since 2010 and i've never had this problem before.

I've removed 2 plugins (hl_gangs by Headline and sm_discord [it gives multiple logs in discord like live-chat | admin-chat-live | adminlogs etc])

I'll see if without these plugins my server works correctly, if it isn't, so i'll give up xd

I had same issue as this when I used myJailbreak (Also on windows). Server would randomly break,admin commands would stop working, menus appear with question marks/symbol as shown in your imgur. I tried disabling all other plugins but found it was most likely directly caused by myJailbreak. Did I find a solution? No.

Really? MyJailBreak is causing this? Wow
It could be, because my server is jailbreak (multimods btw but we play jb all the time)

MyJailbreak or I officially don't support multimod server.
It could run well but if not don't fool me.

MyJailbreak is a package of many plugins. Running on many servers, without your issue.
I cannot imagine how any of them produce such a "chaos".

You run some forbitten plugins and the phat extension which force me to believe this could cause by them.
Phat is not very popular within the sm team cause it could produce wired stuff. (Doesn't stone me if I misinterpreted that.)

If it really directly caused by MyJailbreak like wolvez04 claimed, I need your help to find the cause.
I cannot reproduce this. I have no idea.

Here is wolvez04 github issue. But he had also some other basic problems. Maybe you can add some useful info and finally answer all my questions.

If this happens "4 or 5 times per day" for you, just en/disable a bunch of plugins, test for a day and en/disable more plugins. Do this until you find the one plugin causing this.

I was under the impression that phat plugins were considered bad if you did it just to have less plugins or hide authorship information, while it was OK if you did it to incorporate functionality into a new game mode.

this problem never happened before when i was on linux, and i had ptah on linux too.
