Unapproved/Old Plugins isen't really supported often, and probably will not get updated. Therefore, posting MultiLang is unecessary.

You don't know what the author will do or someone can take this plugin, so, that's not unnecessary. Anyway, the author is not dead and fixing the plugin is very easy, just using pcvar.

That is true, i can't really know. But as it is in the Unapproved section, i asume they're not very supportet. (I haven't seen many plugins here with support)
