how do i Change my Profile picture?

Hi i am new here and whenever i try to Change my profile picture it will say "uploading of picture failed" pls help me i was only able to Change my avatar

i did that then it will say Failed to upload picture etc

EDIT I: ok i will make you understand how it will say or maybe i just have to change the picture?

even if i get a 100 by 100 pixel picture it will still get the same error

The profile picture is unused, only your avatar is displayed anywhere.
