Is it possible to make a anti cheat if we have the cheat ? Are cheats can only be blocked by plugins ? Is there another way of it ?

It depends on that type of cheat. First step is to make sure your server is Steam-only and VAC secured.

Yes, it is steam-only and vac secured. My server is hidenseek mode and the cheats are mostly about strafes, bhop, sgs etc... For example this one https://www.riscript.com/

What are you talking about?
There's a bunch of plugins that exist which detect all blatant bhophacks such as riscripts cheats. It's just that most of these plugins are private. Groundstrafe hacks and macros are also not impossible at all to detect, it depends how advanced the hack is. Sure there are some advanced scroll simulators which are hard or even impossible to detect but mostly if it's just a basic bhop hack they can be detected with an anticheat plugin. Same goes with strafe hacks/strafe helpers. Even jumpbug hack can be detected depending on the hack.

Riscrtip product(s) have a lot of cvars to be set for seperate purpose, talking about bhop: thats my opinion and experience - you cant detect if its 100% cheated, reason could be that they use random input patterns, trying to humane the bhop...but detecting bhop with basic settings is easy with 3 lines in code.
If you have any link of the author of these detections you wrote for thir cheat(s), I would love to see and talk with them

About gs i didnt try to detect it, and i wont try, so cant comment on it...and im more of thinking their hacks can be detected easier with a 'glitch'/mistake in the code, than the real math calculations

If you're telling me you can "humane" something like flatcheat you're out of your mind.

I can comment it, you can detect a bunch of groudnstrafe cheats with amxx.

Oh man ... Tell me anything which will make you relevant in this topic, i just see your generic replies 'you can detect, bhop ez detect, gs ez to detect', without any proof....i wont be suprised if your next reply would be that hackers arent one step ahead of us who are trying to make anticheats
