Probably be easier if you put a bit of explanation to how you installed it and extra info in-general.

okay, I just covered the steam original file addons and cfg with sourcemod 1.4, but I found the game can not run these plugins comeptely, what's the problem? My plugins they were not damaged.

If you're installing sourcemod directly to your game directory, you'll need to add -insecure to your launcher.

If you're using a dedicated server, make sure meta version and sm version are working.

If not, make sure of these 3 things:
1. metamod is installed to addons
2. You downloaded the proper metamod.vdf and put in in addons
3. sourcemod is installed in the proper places(addons for the main part and cfg for the configs)
