what was that mean? a bug? why does it always appear after run the L4D game long time? where is the problem?

+1. I've had the same issue for long now, I think it is. The indication of occurence is the complaint in HLSW Console and the game terminating without an explanation. It happens mostly when headshooting someone, being the shooter me or someone I spec but it doesn't happen always.

ye that and the "Server not able to authicate user with steam" seems to be the biggest problems, epecially when the steam community is offline or in maintaince.
or if vac goes offline on server.
