rpg addon dont works

Hello guys, i have a CSS server on my linux root. I use metamod and sourcemod and will install CSS RPG (http://www.cssrpg.com). I have the addon installed and is it not working... can anyone help me?

there is also a few bugs in that. sometime long jupm bugs a bit and there is a bug when killing level 1 players then you gain a huge among of experiance.. but its still the best rpg mod out there..
