admin sounds when i play a sound it say: Failed to load sound "misc\captain jack - heyo captain jack.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository what should i do

You should make sure the sound is being downloaded to the client. __________________

i hav try to set sv_consistency 0 sv_pure 0 end unload zblock and it still not work
