I use both of these plugins and don't get any crashes and conflicts. Use stable versions of plugins and everything will be fine.

add a check to the m_hViewEntity netprop as well, if != -1 then enable the hat transmit on thirdperson variable.
as is, during intros/outros for example the hat is not displayed to the owner.
I noticed that on my "selfie" plugin that uses a camera entity too.

Which notifications in particular? I suggest editing the code and commenting out the lines you don't want.
