That only balance how many players there is in each team. A teambalancer plugin should balance the server regarding win/looses/skill/.

I think a mod like this can make a real difference in keeping players on the server. No one wants to lose 18 rounds in a row.

true, played a few houres on go now and i have noticed the autoteambalance doesnt check to balance players depending on their skills (kill/deaths).
I believe it balances the server by adding bots if teams are uneven
