Hi there. I know this is my second post about requesting something however I have searched and searched for something like this, I've found something which is made by ofir.

Is anyone able to recode it so that those cvars and features arent included? I've tried my self but I have no clue on how to properly code/recode a plugin, atleast I tried for like 2-3 hours.
This is what I want:

Remove "Pistol Round: x first rounds are pistol rounds (change able)" and change it do a normal pistol round where you start with 1000$
Remove Weapon Selecton/Gun menu
Remove cvar rushes_pistols
Remove cvar rushes_czchance
Remove cvar rushes_brush
command sm_pistols
command sm_guns
Remove the balanced mode from "f the Ct's win the round the teams will stay the same if balanced." It should always be the same teams unless T's win
Edit this: "If the CT lose the round all the Ct's switch to T and the top killers of the round in the T switch to the Ct." and add so if one T kills multiple CTs he will pick one or two players to go with him to the CT side. (Only if T wins the round ofc)
Remove bomb plant/remove c4
Add so the plugin executes my CFG, we can name it dkbrush.cfg
Do so only HE Grenades and only one smoke for each team is allowed.
Do so you actually have money each round, when I tested the plugin everyone lost their money whenever a new round started.

Players should be able to vote to start even if they are not 8 people on the server/on the teams but like 2v4 2v3 2v5 etc, t's should always have the upper hand in terms of most players.
CT has to vote for the bombsite they want to defend when the game starts
Ct's needs 7 rounds to win, when they win ct has to vote for either playing on the other bombsite or a new map. So if they pick the other bombsite then it should change map after ct's get 7 rounds in a row again
I do not have the biggest budget but I am willing to pay a small fee/tip for this if you want it.
