With this.. dead players and spectators can chat with alive players which causes issues in mods where you want deadtalk as 0.

Thanks for the fix captain! But this dead chat bug is annoying. I am desperate for a fix, will give anyone 2 keys for a fix. I would really like to keep using advcommands
