Actually, I don't really know how to hook player model, for !robot, maybe you can use betherobot.inc to detect if someone is a robot or not...
(I don't think detect which attachment part is currently avaible is possible... :/, you need to search in some .inc)

Great plugin, its the star of my silver VIP command platform!!

Is there any way to have two sets of wait times. For instance, there would be a shorter wait time if you had an admin flag, and for vip flags, the wait time would be longer.

I think it will be easier (by implementation) to make multiplier, something like: admins has 0.5 wait time multiplier, VIP's has 0.75 wait time multiplier, and others 1. I will think about doing that. If you need it now, then You could do it yourself and share code

Access control. Some fancy particle decorations for some effects.

Note: If your previous version working fine - You probably should NOT upgrade. New version does not bring any significant changes, but may has new bugs.

Bug spotted! This plugin, TF2 Effects, causes major problems for TF2 server owners running the (very popular) Roll the Dice plugin. Roll the Dice will instantly stop working as soon as TF2 Effects is activated. I know this, because I run a custom donor menu for my donors, and all the other plugins tied into the menu check out fine, but TF2 Effects seems to have some kind of compatibility problem with the RTD plugin. I don't have enough experience with Sourcemod to find the error and fix it. Is there anyone here that could take a look at either of these two great plugins, and maybe send me a patched version of TF2 Effects? Would be very much appreciated.

Weird, because I run both «RTD» and «Effects» plugins on my server without any problem…

Question: I really like this plugin, and since my last post here, have gotten it to work beautifully. However, I was wondering: Can I disable/remove the "Build" sub-menu? Is there anyone here who can help me get rid of it? If so, I'd be very grateful.
