We've been having a problem recently where all of our servers lag, will occasionally timeout and kick players.

We think it's because of a remote connection to an outside database but all we're using is Sourcebans and serverhop which is threaded, it shouldn't cause any of this to happen. Any ideas?

Are they all on the same physical machine? Also, give us a list of all your plugins.

The servers themselves, no. The Mysql servers are by a different place entirely. This is the list of plugins on the server that's used the most.

are all the servers on the same machine?
if yes you should check your server internet connection bandwich usage during these 'lags'

this might be a DDoS/DRDoS attack. We are currently dealing with some heavy DRDoS attacks on our servers.
(for more info PM me becouse I don't want to tell everything public - you never know who is watching and i don;t want to give enyone any ideas on how to attack a server)

Maybe your private plugins are doing something?

Probably unrealted but you seem to have 2 versions of Ultimate Map Chooser running (3.3.1 and 3.3.2). If you run TF2 servers, I used to have a similar problem last year on Windows servers (hanging and kicking of players).
