I was thinking of trying to start my own TSRP server. Does anyone know a link to a guide or something to set that up, along with AMXX and stuff?

Any help would be appreciated

You will need HLDS so goto www.steampowered.com and download
the "Windows HLDS Update Tool" then go here to proceed, by which
I found with a Google search:
http://www.hlds101.com/hlds101/introhlds.htm

As for AMXX goto http://www.amxmodx.org/doc
after you arrive click the 'Installation' section.

A forum search with the keywords "harbu rp install" leads me to this:

** Installation of Harbu's TSRP Plugins **

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Apparatus
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The stuff you will need are:

. MySQL 4.0 - http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/M...m/pick#mirrors
. Amxmodx 1.0 or higher
. Half-Life Dedicated Server Application
. A SQL Editing Program. We recommend Navicat - http://www.navicat.com/download.html
. Good Experience with HLDS, MYSQL and AMXX
. The Specialists Mod for HL
. Lots of experience and Nervers + Time from user who is going to set them up

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Notes
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Please do not attempt installing these plugins if you a very small knowledge of computer software useage.
Also if you are going to run a listen server or a smaller dedicated one do not use these plugins because
they use a lot of resources and require lot of time and work.

The plugin is still in a very early beta and many things dont work properly
yet or are extremly hard to configure.

Rember that the .SQL file that came with this plugin is ready configured for
mecklenburg_b8v6 map.

THIS GUIDE PRESUMES YOU INSTALL THE SQL ON THE SAME COMPUTER ON WHICH THE SERVER IS RAN FROM!

------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Installation
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. First start off by installing the SQL if you already haven't. Rember
to restart your computer after the installation.

2. Now open up navicat and find and press the Connection button. Here setup your
info. The deafult info should be below if you didn't choose a root pass at the installation:

Connection Name: harbu
Host Name / IP Address: localhost
Port: 3306
User Name: root
Password:

After setting the data in press the "Test Connection" button, if it connects succefully Congradulations! If not
well, you did something wrong. After getting it to connect double click the harbu text with the computer screen and
red line and you should connect to the SQL server.

3. Now right-click on the harbu text and choose "New Database", put the databases name as economy.

4. Then right-click it again and choose execute batch, choose the economy.sql file that came with the plugin
and then press ok.

5. Now the SQL should be finished its time for you to install the AMXX Plugins. I wont go into detail on how to install
them since this guide presumes you know that already.
[[ Rember to put the HarbuRPTalkarea.amxx as the last plugin in the plugins.ini file!! ]]

6. In the modules.ini file that comes with Amxmodx enable fun, engine, fakemeta, mysql and of course tsx

7. If you chose a pass for the root user then add the following lines in the amxx.cfg file:

economy_mysql_pass "yourpass"
itemmod_mysql_pass "yourpass"
talkarea_mysql_pass "yourpass"

8. Fire up the server, if the plugins dont work you probably did something wrong with the SQL

---------------------------------------------------------
6. Frequently Asked Questions
---------------------------------------------------------
Q1: How to enable modules?
A1: We will not help you with this issuse, you should know how to do that already!

Q2: amx_regname command is not working!
A2: That means the plugin is having some kind of problem connecting to the MySQL database. Ask yourself the following questions:

1.) Is the MySQL on the same computer?
If it isnt you must edit the MySQL info in the harbu_rp_config.cfg file found in amxmodx\configs\HarbuRP

2.) Is the MySQL 4.0 version for sure?
It has to be MySQL version 4.0.something it cant be another SQL like MSSQL and it cant be MySQL 4.1 or better

3.) Did yo uset a pass for the MySQL on install?
If it isnt you must edit the MySQL info in the harbu_rp_config.cfg file found in amxmodx\configs\HarbuRP

4.) Can you connect to it through navicat?
If you can, open up the harbu_rp_config.cfg file found in amxmodx\configs\HarbuRP and make sure the info is the same as
for navicat

For the economy attached, .sql was not a file type allowed here, so you'll have to copy and paste it for the query. But once again, if you can't figure mysql out, I suggest you DO NOT try this. =\
