now the ".ini" file is executed in: "OnConfigsExecuted", after all configs have been executed.

that's why. I saw that you load and call to configure cvars in precache (1.0) too soon in my opinion because as I mentioned before, those that are called later can change their parameters. now if I improve something (1.1)
