With this plugin, you can set cvars and their values to remain unchanged, ensuring they always maintain the same value.

Add 'immutable_cvars.ini' in your configs folder.

... and those that are established in plugin_cfg and with a delay after there, can change

that's why. I saw that you load and call to configure cvars in precache (1.0) too soon in my opinion because as I mentioned before, those that are called later can change their parameters. now if I improve something (1.1) a little detail
