Hello, so I had to move my gamemodes.txt file out of the server folders because I edited it not knowing that I'm only supposed to edit the gamemodes_server.txt and it's not letting players join. I tried copying a default gamemodes.txt file from another thread's pastebin but it's not working either (maybe it's outdated? Thread is from 2012ish) and updating the server doesn't create a new gamemodes.txt

Use

app_update 740 validate

for updating and the gamemode_X_server.cfg for changing cvars.
