You need a 3D modeling software such as Milkshape3D or Blender, therefore don't open new tab because is very hard and you should remodel from the scratch.

or just open model qc files and scale all hitboxes to the value you want and recompile

Hitboxes are not used for collision, and $scale probably scales them as well anyway. Player bounding boxes are constant. There may exist a hacky way to do it but I am not aware of it.

$scale doesnt scale hitboxes i verified it yesterday before posting.
1st/ just modifying this value in qc file, then recompile and look at hiboxes in model viewers and they dont fit
2nd/ adding some new value in some part of hitboxes stuf according to $scale and it seemed to fit since i was too lazy to change all the values.

i wonder if it is necessary to change the value of weapon origin too. i remember a long time ago for other style of models to change this value to fit.

Well since I just need it for a model that won't hold anything and hitboxes don't really matter I just used $origin 0.00000 0.00000 -20.00000
