Version 1.4 should fix the multiple ban bug. Try it out.

Will do

1.3 works fine so far, though I need to do some more observing on the consecutive TKs leading to bans. We are getting awfully many of those today and sometimes it didn't seem quite right, but then again it might have to do with carrying across map changes.

Another thing I was thinking of was whether it would be possible to set an expiration time for points?

For instance if the manager triggers a ban, then reset the points upon expiration? Obviously this shouldn't be the case for kicks.

I'm not too sure how long the data is stored currently, so maybe what I'm asking is already in your plugin.

Only 1 case so far, but there was a double ban in 1.4 earlier. Was a result of the consecutive kills = ban function.

Also, a copy of our cfg file:
http://www.knights-of-valor.com/foru...file.php?id=26

Accordingly:
4 consecutive TKs = 60 mins ban
12 pts = 1 day ban
Admins immune

Interestingly enough, the system is banning people at a rate of approx 1 an hour for consecutive bans (or at least the duration of consecutive TK type bans). I'm not sure we really have this many hardcore TKers on our servers

Did you check the logs to see if they did in fact team kill enough players?

Hmm no, I'll need to ask our super admin to do that.

I did witness today the 60 min bans for players who did 1 or 2 tks but got banned while TAing - that's rather odd considering those factors.

[edit]
Super Admin can't find the logs. Any pointers where those are stored? (not in logs folder)

I noticed that points carry over for quite a while and also that if someone got banned for 4 consec TKs and comes back after expiry and accidentally even TAs, he gets banned for the consec time again, which shouldn't happen I think.

One thing we did want to ask though was whether disabling carrying over points across maps would also reset points when someone simply reconnects to the server? If it did not reset, then we might disable that option.

Server logs are in the logs directory under the game's root directory. You have to have "log on" set in the config, though.

Setting sm_tk_persist 0 will reset the points every map, but store them for the duration of the map. If you want to save points indefinitely, set it to 1.

Hi,

i think this Plugin is causing my Server to crash randomly.

At the 11.09, 2x 13.09, 2x 17.09, 18.09, 20.09, 21.09 and 22.09 my Sourcemod logs are showing this:

Code:
L 09/22/2009 - 21:29:26: SourceMod error session started
L 09/22/2009 - 21:29:26: Info (map "ins_dust2_r10") (file "errors_20090922.log")
L 09/22/2009 - 21:29:26: [SM] Native "SQL_FastQuery" reported: Invalid database Handle 0 (error: 4)
L 09/22/2009 - 21:29:26: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "tkmanager.smx":
L 09/22/2009 - 21:29:26: [SM]   [0]  Line 116, /home/groups/alliedmodders/forums/files/4/2/7/5/9/33356.attach::OnMapStart()
Any Ideas how to fix it?
