Description

It's a simple mod...
Counter-terrorist have 3 minutes ( you can change that ) to catch the terrorists, and when a ct touch a t, the t is frozen and he can't move until a teammate touch him.

Thats a nice game in real life... played it when i was a kid.. but in cs.. just sitting frozen for proximatly "sorry for bad english" 1-2 minutes "if a teammate DOES NOT tuch you" is little ... idk.. you know what i am talkin about.. right ???
