mp_round_restart_delay not working

Does anybody know how to change the maps faster after the last csgo update? I have my mp_round_restart_delay set to 15 but the new game end screen shows a 20 second countdown in the top right - is there a way to speed that up?

Check on gamemode_competitive.cfg OR gamemode_casual.cfg - they has maybe the delay of 20. =)

I have my server running as casual - in my gamemode_casual_cfg the mp_win_panel_display_time is 15.

There are no other controls that would indicate 20 seconds of anything.
