CS:GO AntiCheat Tool Help

Hey guys.
I'm coding an anticheat tool for CS:GO with some other programming languages. I want to do that if players anticheat tool off , server doesn't allow them to login server , or when they close the anticheat tool, server kick them.
How can i do this ? I can pay for it.
