Got it working, got 3 warnings in it though, instead of fixing all the strbreak commands, I renamed them all so it uses the strbreak that Bailroot orginally came with.

Here's my AMXX 0.20 version so far, Current bugs:

Arise command doesn't work at all.
Admin/write command doesn't work with SQL Mode.
Client with that userid doesn't exist error pops up when commands run (even when commands run properly).
A lot of Commands need to show more information to user.
Glowing won't stay glowing on players.
Invisible Command doesn't work (you don't get invisible).
Kill command doesn't work (doesn't slay).
Raise command doesn't always work (sometimes spawns u in the map but you aren't really alive, don't use this command).
Snap command: Effects doesn't work (probably due to warning shown above).
AMX command doesn't work with 2 or more arguments (amx ban <name> <reason> for example).
Twin Mode doesn't properly show when your in normal mode.
CZ support needs to be added on certain commands.
Give Command: using give with ammo and item won't work.

This plugin is stable and very functional, the bugs above are mostly on commands you won't use much.

I'm just going to fix this plugin up for those like me that used this plugin from AMX.

All changes on 2.23 and on will have all the original code commented out to show what was changed.

Ported to AMXX 0.20 (still needs more work).

Fixed: See Command not always making players visible again
Fixed: Invis Command not making players invisible when players move
Fuxed: Norm Command not removing glow at times
Fixed: Deflate Command not removing glowing properly.
Fixed: Untwin Command not removing ghost mode properly.
Fixed: Snap command not snapping player in air (this fixed 2 Tag Mismatch errors).

Thank Bail for the plugin, I don't care to release it or take any credit for it because Bail was the original creator and he said he didn't want someone to port it for him and I'm very new with making plugins so I don't think I would be a good guy to port a plugin until I start getting good with it.

I hope Bail sees this and maybe considers releasing it again someday
