Seems to be SDKhooks related. Maybe fall back to sourcemod 1.5.3

also, if i wanna change the round time and amount of rounds, should i be editing that in your ini file or the gamemode_deathmatch?

I really don't know, but you risk nothing in trying and reporting back any crash or error you might have.
SDK Tools have been reported to be working again with sourcemod 1.5.3-dev+3983.

Does your deathmatch plugin support creating and saving spawn points? I created custom spawn points using the original deathmatch plugin, but I'm not sure how to use them with yours?

No, this is a functionnality I've removed as CS:GO is capable of automatic Spawn points generation.
It is working on almost all maps, some however have buggy navigation information and spawn points creation can give unexpected results (with clients spawning off map).

I don't plan to integrate that functionnality, but I guess some third party plugins can provide it.

So, this plugins don't have FFA mode ?

And how to enable AWP in the menu ?

FFA mode is now native in CS:GO (mp_teammates_are_enemies 1)
dm_hide_radar 1 will disable radar.
