[REQ] Human XP System

Hello guys. I want a plugin that has the following specifications:
- to be a xp system for humans
- you can level up only when you kill zombies
- when you level up, damage increase, speed increase and gravity decrease
- it can be configured from a .cfg file, from there to be able to pack more levels, increase the damage to people when they get level up, etc.

It has an API so it can easily be customized to work only for humans and give extras on leveling up.

Compile the plugin locally with all the include files attached in the archive...
