Check first if it really isn't installed, create new page eg. info.php on your site and put this in it:

phpinfo();

There should be bcmath section that says it is enabled. If not, as far as I know you'll need to reinstall PHP with that option enabled or if you use web-hosting service ask from them.

BTW , this donation control does not automatic remove vip status on sourcebans on expired members ? we have to do it manually ? Because I just have to do it manual for a member that expired 7 days before ....
P/S: fixed ... forgot cron tab
