I love this plugin and it worked too...
I recently started using a program to execute my server (start it)...
I had to use command flags like (-map cs_militia)

Ever since then the plugin has not worked properly... I noticed that the beginning of console says that the Scrollmsg time has been set for 10 min..
I checked to see if the plugin was working by typing in amx_freq_scrollmsg and it game me a number (100)

I went on my other server (didn't use console yet) where this plugin is still working...
I took amxx.cfg from my good server and put it in the bad one and no change...

HELP!!
