That's unfortunate. Thanks for the quick reply!

It might be messing with his completion rate. I know here in the United States MOTDgd's loading screen often cycles for 5-10 seconds or more before airing an ad. If it's taking that long for his clients to receive an ad and his motd is closing after a flat 15 seconds, he may be only getting a few seconds of ad play in which could be driving his completion rate way low thus taking his STAR rating down.

The new STAR rating or whatever is supposed to be a large factor in whether or not userID's receive more premium ads, or even larger quantities of ads all together for all we know.

The traffic quality rating plays a large role in whether you're eligible for premium, yes. It also plays a role in boosting the revenue share by 5% (for 4 stars) or 10% (for 5 stars) above the standard 80%. Premium's requirement will likely be an average TRAQ score of 800 or higher for the previous month (assessed on the 1st of the month), which is equivalent to 5 stars, with a minimum number of days of activity in the previous month.

Ad availability is poor in July historically, but should ramp up August onwards, or if we're lucky towards the end of this month. See our infographic at http://motdgd.com/images/motdgd_facts.png.

I'm also pleased to announce that within the next couple of hours I'll be releasing a plugin update .

Is there any likeliness of being able to force the MOTD to stay open on CS:GO for a set period? "sm_motdgd_forced_duration" comes up as an unknown command on server start and map changes. I have only recently started using MOTDgd but its messing with my completion rates as of course, nobody really wants to watch an advert so they close it.

Other than that it works great and seems really useful!

I was told that command isn't supported by CS:GO (also written in the .cfg) so unfortunately no.
