Client Vote Kick Plugin

I am looking for someone to make me a votekick plugin so users on the server can type something like "amx_votekick user"...I was asked to put this plugin on my server, but i cant seem to find 1.

PLEASE HELP!

Thanks...but i was really looking to kick the player for being afk or camping...like a client votekick not voteban...could i change
