It was already stated above, but no-one seems to read that post.

To any moderator: This plugin DOESN'T work as it should, instead there is a new and working version at http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=12728, can someone close this topic now?

When I run this plugin on my Counter-Strike 1.6 Steam Dedicated Server, whenever someone talks that is dead and I'm not, I can see their name and it shows that they are talking, but I don't see the text! This is the same with me not being able to see team-talk text.
What's wrong?
