EDIT - Fixed config file, left an ";" out.
Also to anyone whom may be interested, I've added Google+, twitter and facebook buttons to this and they are fully configurable from the config.php. To install just replace the files you have already uploaded, Its in the right file structure already, Then its good to go.

If people are interested I will add more stuff, add more variables to change ETC. At the moment they are all on and cannot be turned off unless you edit them out, I will try to add a toggle for each, but I can't work it out at the moment.
