Java. It uses Java, not Flash.

I should note to people if anyone is using chrome, you won't be able to use godtony.mooo.com/lysis until java eventually uses the new chrome api.
Edit: NVM, best for chrome users to use another browser instead.

I'm going to note that if you use Firefox, Java is going to be blocked until you upgrade to Java 8u51, which came out yesterday.

Or better yet please just use javascript or PHP for that type of stuff and avoid java when possible. (I will never install that security flawed piece of shit after all these zero day exploits.)

I know it's way harder said than done, but if asherkin can write spider with it, then I don't see why javascript or PHP or whatever can't invoke lysis on a server.

It's been server sided before, but got abused and spammed. This is a computational heavy task which needs some CPU. It's been switched to run on the client machine on purpose.

Why not as a standalone Java app? Then there's no need to enable Java in the browser.

It's meant to be for convenience. The applet hosted on that page can be downloaded and run as a standalone app, or people can build their own from source. Lots of options!

How to repair for example this 6.45E-43 after decompile? Need to reconvert 6.45 in floats or what?

This is a valid number and means 6.45 * 10^(-43).
