Sorry but i don't understand what is the difference...

I have a problem related to this which is
fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "shero"

I try to install this hero "penguin" but when i compile this .sma i have this error.

Can you explain to me what is the origin of this problem please

It has #include <shero> because it needs shero.inc not superheromod.inc since it is for the module version. You can't just interchange them the natives are different it won't work. Module version is unsupported anyway, just download the plugin version.
