my melee weapon had expolode flag,when i attack then error i dont known how fix it

Do you mean the announcements when joining the server, the chat messages when burn/explosion damage is reversed, or the chat messages announcing the player that caused the explosion... or a combination of some or all of the above?

yes sm reported they from srs.smx but
when i disable friendly-fire or reverseExplode or statics one of these then error gone
since it happen to my weapon,my vpk modified weapon hurt a player then reversed twice damage include generic and exploded also hurt me deep twice
does i have way to fix?

As already said the issue is on l4d2_srs plugin, report in the correct thread.

OnTakeDamage runs in chain, which means that any other plugin that hooks it may appear in the error log too.
