if i set the values
#define MAX_HEALTH 100
#define MAX_TEMPS 50.1


then it will restore health to 100 and immediately after reset it to 50

I've changed the code and added 2 cvars to control maximum main and temporary health. Will release sometime.

It would be more interesting if the gnome heals the temporary life first and when it reaches 100, it starts to heal the base health.
Can you get the gnome to start healing base health when temporary life is 100?
This is interesting because most of the time the temporary life is reduced to 99 almost instantaneously thus making a kind of balance for this.
Very useful when you are in Black and White and your base health reaches 100 this way.

Also apply this in the colabottles

    - Added cvars "l4d2_gnome_max_main" and "l4d2_gnome_max_temp" to control the maximum main and temporary health allowed to heal to.
    - Fixed cvar "l4d2_gnome_heal" when set to "0" not allowing the healing field feature to work. Again.
    - Now ignores healing the holder with the standard healing when healing field is enabled.

I actually got this bug way back then but i seriously thought that was my sourcemod problem since i though you're already fix it
I just gave up on using it but now i can use again

When limiting temp health, you end up losing any extra above the threshold when holding the gnome. Doesn't matter if it's pills or adrenaline. I think this might also be the case with Healing Cola.

Hmm, can you PM me the cvars you're using which causes this. There were checks in place to prevent this but maybe I missed one.

I've sent you a PM with some changes if you could please test and let me know if that fixes it.

Hi, I don't know if is only me but when i use "l4d2_gnome_temp "0"
Somehow team get full temporary health when healed
